Full Mapping of all 52 Monkey episodes

This page features a full mapping of all the 52 Monkey episodes ever made (26 episodes in season 1, 26 episodes in season 2), indicating the order that they appeared when shown in Japan, and how they correspond to the numbering of:
1) The 39 English-dubbed episodes, and
2) The 13 English-subtitled undubbed (aka "unseen") episodes that appear on the UK Monkey DVDs (which appear in English-dubbed form on the UK Monkey DVD boxsets)

So for each of the 52 Japanese Monkey episodes, I list whether it maps to an English-dubbed episode or undubbed episode.
I've numbered the Japanese episodes J1->J52, the English-dubbed episodes E1->E39, and the undubbed episodes U1->U13

Using this list, it should be easy to cross-reference:
- Which 39 Japanese episodes -> 39 English-dubbed episodes that were shown on the BBC
- Which 13 Japanese episodes -> 13 undubbed Japanese episodes that have been subtitled / dubbed into English for the DVDs / DVD boxsets respectively

Airdates

The original airdates (all in DD/MM/YY format) for:
Japan - When NHK first showed the episodes (1st Japan Showing") ?thanks to the Saiyuuki season 1 (in Japanese) and the Saiyuuki season 2 (in Japanese) web pages for this information.
UK - When the BBC first showed the episodes ("1st UK Showing") and when they repeated them ("2nd UK showing") ?thanks to Paul Annis for this information.
Australia (NSW/ACT) ?When ABC first showing the episodes ("1st Aus Showing") ?thanks to Nikki White (specifically, the Multiverse Article article that these wrote) for this information.

Note from Paul Annis (about the UK airdates):
"A dozen or more years ago, I went through my old copies of Radio Times and made a list of the original BBC transmission dates of the Monkey series, both the first broadcasts (1979-1981) and the repeats (1984-1985). I have just come across the list again.
What I found interesting was that it appears that the third last episode (Pretty as a Picture) was not shown in 1981, while the second last episode (Mothers) was not shown in 1985. I checked the listings carefully for a couple of weeks before and after the dates when those episodes should have been shown, but could find no listing for them. I don't know why this happened; I presume someone at the BBC miscounted the number of episodes the first time around, and the second time someone looked at a list of the original transmission dates and concluded that there were only 38 episodes to fit into the schedule.
I had not noticed the omissions at the time, as I had missed most of the series when it was first shown, but saw nearly all the repeats."

2 Hour Special
When Monkey season 1 finished its run on Japanese TV on 1st April 1979, a two hour special was made up of highlights and shown on 8 April to satisfy public demand.
